SHIPPING POLICY:

Once payment is confirmed, shipments are made next business day. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 days. We open all product packaging before shipping to repack the product in order to avoid damage. The majority of our products are perishable, so in order to preserve the product during transit, we will add Boveda® packs as required to maintain the correct level of humidity, (Not apply for national shipments).

Our shipping is guaranteed. We take full responsibility for shipments lost in transit and will resend any unfulfilled orders.

PRICES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

Our products are deemed to be for personal use, so returns are not accepted. We ensure that shipments are properly packed to avoid damage, but should damage occur in transit, we will provide store credit in the amount of the damaged product’s value.
